It was absolutely lovely to see you again and spend some quiet time speaking with you today and to say that Kusadasi Golf Resort & Spa has improved tremendously over the last few months and also the new Oaks Restaurant looks absolutely super.
Following our conversation, I wanted to send a message for you to pass on to the Reservations Team in Spain. I have been with the company many years now and I have always received excellent help and customer service from them. I have also noted that many staff have been with CLC World for a very long time, which tells me a lot about the company.
It is very much appreciated that each member of the team works very hard and spends a lot of time helping owners to find the right resort and plan the best vacation experience, especially when we are unable to make up our minds and are not exactly sure what we are looking for sometimes! It must be quite exasperating for you all, but it never shows.
Owners generally do not meet the team or members of the team but, as I mentioned to you, I have been wanting to say or do something for a while and was not sure how to go about it, especially as I have not visited Spain's Head Office for some time. Most of us do take it for granted when everything works out well, but I believe it is important for staff to know that they are doing a good job. Too often we only hear about things when they have not gone to plan!
We have had some wonderful holidays with CLC World over the years and return time and time again to the same places. We have both also been able to take advantage of some of the special offers since taking early retirement in the past eighteen months. As we also discussed, it includes the opportunity to holiday on the catamaran which was very special and makes for the most unusual of holidays, which are not available to many people over their lifetime.
I particularly want to thank the Reservations Team for re-arranging my booking from a 1 to 2 bedroom at such short notice yesterday, to accommodate a friend who will be joining me today and who has had some sad news recently and is desperately in need of a break.
Everything was sorted out very quickly before we left for the airport and it was really appreciated. It truly demonstrates to me that the company and its staff are able to respond to the needs of their customers and I want them to know that their services and quick response times are very much valued.
It is also lovely to be able say that I feel safe and happy travelling to and staying at CLC World resorts, when I am travelling on my own as much as when we both travel together.
As mentioned, I would like to send a small token of my appreciation through you to the Reservations Team and I know that you will arrange this on my behalf when you get back to Spain.

To whom it may concern
I spent about an hour on the phone to an agent in your travel department this morning, booking a flight to coincide with a stay my wife and I have booked with CLC World in Malaga.
Since joining CLC World we have often wondered about whether signing on
was necessarily a wise choice financially and practically for us, due to various personal circumstances.
However, one thing we have never had cause to question is the quality of the staff when calling CLC World agents for booking or information purposes. Every time we call, we receive service that is professional and efficient but, more than that, friendly and cheerful. I invariably come off the phone to CLC World with a smile on my face and with only good things to say about the people with whom I have been dealing.
On this occasion, it was the two agents in your travel department and marketing team, but there have been numerous people on various occasions who have made my day in situations that could so easily have been stressful or just bland and businesslike.
And if you ask me, that is the greatest pleasure of being a member of CLC World, every bit as much as glamorous resorts in exotic locations. Because talking to CLC World staff is a pleasure.

Back in July 2012, when we were first planning our holiday for May this year, your company was recommended to us.
From the first phone call, where we were introduced to your travel consultant, our holiday planning and bookings have been a dream!
She sorted out EVERYTHING for us from flights, to car hire to insurance and has done a fantastic job. We are now 4 weeks away from our holiday with everything in place and she has certainly taken all the worry away for us and made it a most enjoyable experience.
Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has gone above and beyond what I would imagine is expected of her emailing and returning calls on a Saturday to mention just one.
So I just wanted to send an email to say ‘thank you’ I really can't thank her enough for being so helpful, happy and efficient. I own my own company and I would be delighted to employ such a conscientious member of staff.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday which you were very much involved in arranging for us. The cruise to New York on the latest Norwegian ship ‘The Breakaway ‘- on its maiden voyage - was brilliant; lots to do, plenty of dining options and very good quality food.
New York was “awesome” as the Americans say. The hotel was clean and the service was good and we did the usual things; Times Square, Empire State, River Cruise and the Guggenheim Museum - then it was on to Toronto.
The hotel here was perfect; modern, friendly with spacious rooms and right in the middle of town. The ‘hop on’ bus you arranged was great and the trip to Niagara Fall was absolutely “gob smacking” - it included lunch, a trip to a winery and, of course, the fabulous ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat ride. We went to the CN Tower and did the Skywalk - not as scary as you may think standing on glass 500 meters high.
Boston was next up. Another good hotel; it was modern, spacious and really close to everything. Once again, the ‘hop on’ bus and city pass you arranged were excellent, as was the River Dinner Cruise, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We just had to do all the tourist things the Boston Tea Party, Prudential Tower, two museums, ‘Cheers’ bar and the Aquarium.
And don’t let us forget “SHOPPING!” Sax on 5th Avenue, Macy’s, Lord & Taylor................ thank goodness for the credit card!
Thank you very much for your excellent service. We will certainly come to you again to arrange our next American trip.

CLC World - Reservations
I would like to convey our thanks to CLC World for all their help during our recent holiday at Marina del Sol.
A few days into our stay, I became quite ill and had to be admitted to hospital in Marbella. The Reception staff at Marina del Sol were exceptional. They kept in contact with my husband every day with updates as to how I was doing, offers to interpret or sort out our flights etc.
When it became obvious I would have to remain in hospital, they allowed my husband to keep the accommodation for an extra 4 nights beyond our original check out day until I was discharged from hospital and fit to fly home.
The Reception staff were so helpful they made a stressful time so much easier to bear.
Please thank everyone on our behalf.
A company can always be measured by how well they treat their clients in a crisis. CLC World has shown that their customer service is second to none and they can be justifiably proud of their staff.

To whom it may concern
Last September, we entered into an agreement to purchase a property in Regal Oaks. We were in Spain on holiday at the CLC World resort at the time and were introduced to Rob Timms and the team at CLC Estates while we were there.
Rob instantly put us at ease with his warm, friendly and relaxed manner – he’s a genuinely nice guy! Nothing was too much trouble and we felt he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything. In fact, all the team members that we had dealings with were friendly and professional.
When Rob realised we may be interested in purchasing a property rather than vacation club points, he introduced us to the relevant team members and made a point of coming back to us later to make sure we understood everything and to reassure us that if we had any queries or concerns we should let him know. We feel we have made a good friend in Rob - he keeps in touch with us, which we really appreciate, and we hope to see him again in the near future.
The sale process can be quite daunting when entering into a purchase for something you haven't seen or done before, but the team went through everything in detail with regards to Regal Oaks and what it could mean to us financially. They also gave us the time and privacy needed to make calls and to have things checked out - to make a deposit you have to know it’s what you want – and they carefully went through all the paperwork involved, plenty of which came back home with us.
When we arrived back home, we had a delay in getting the first payment through, which was out of our hands so we just had to wait. CLC Estates did not put us under any pressure and as long we kept them informed and maintained contact there was no problem.
We feel quite comfortable dealing with CLC Estates and are just about to make our second payment, after which we hope the remainder of the process will be straightforward. We look forward to seeing our property work for us and to spending time in our house in Regal Oaks. We like the idea of it being in a secure environment with all the facilities on site and that it is maintained by people we feel we can trust.
At all the CLC World resorts we've been to we have found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite and friendly and we feel safe on site. The standards are excellent and we only have good things to say about CLC World.
We wish Rob and the CLC Estates team great success in the future.
