I'm just writing to you to ask you to pass on our thanks to all your team at the Apollonium resort in Turkey.
We have just returned from a two week break and we've had a fantastic time at your resort. Our two boys, one 12 and the other 17, had a wonderful time meeting a lot of great friends and the staff at the resort were really welcoming and friendly towards us all.
The three bedroom villa was fantastic!
Just one thing would make it 100% perfect ....a decent coffee machine in your bar and restaurants!
Another great holiday at Santa Cruz
We have just returned from another great holiday with Club La Costa. Our party was made up of six grandchildren and four adults and the Santa Cruz Suites apartments were absolutely ideal for us.
On the 25th July I celebrated my birthday and had dinner at Safari where the manager and his staff made the occasion. Their attentive service and customer attitude were excellent - our thanks to them all.
Thanks also to the staff who ran the bar and ice cream kiosk at Cascades. Even though they were running the service single handed they were always smiling and efficient. Just a note about Cascades, there really is a need for two staff during the day as customers had to wait either for ice cream or drinks as the one staff member couldn't serve both requirements.
During our stay, the younger children, Ethan 7 and Ella 5, had a great time in the Mini Club and were well looked after by Team Marina.
Our thanks to them.The activities team was, as usual, lively and active. They called the poolside Bingo and showed us how to make Sangria and other cocktails and cajoled us into pool games and Aqua-dance in the pool.
All the staff members deserve a huge THANK YOU from us - in their own way they all contributed to another wonderful holiday. There are others who also serve, for example, the sun-bed man who sets out the beds around the pool, the towel man and the housekeepers and ground staff all do their jobs and create a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

We wish to surrender our Vacation Club Membership as from 31st December 2011. Please find enclosed our original Points Rights certificate for 1580 points, which we have both signed in Clause 6.
We would like you to pass on to the directors that we have enjoyed our 13 years with Club La Costa immensely, and used our points wisely to travel all over the world. We have also taken advantage of the 'Cruise club' and the 'Hotel Nights' service, which has provided us with a variety of holidays.
We have seen the company grow into the wonderful international company it has become and have always been treated exceptionally well wherever we have been and found consistency in the 5-star accommodation which you can rely upon.
It is with great sadness that we need to surrender our points, but unfortunately as we are retired now, we are unable to continue as members.
How pleased we are to have joined Club La Costa.
Our first year more than came up to expectations.

We have been owners at the Paradise Club for many years, and are very glad to hear from you that you intend to invest and take care of the place! We had felt on the last couple of visits and that of our friends and family (all owners) that the previous owners were 'neglecting' this wonderful, once flag ship, top time share resort in Tenerife.
We are coming out for a fortnight's visit end of April, and look forward to meeting some of your staff ( if they have time). We think that your website is excellent and that the e-mail updates are professional and informative.
