It was more than coincidental that we (my husband, my family and I) decided to book at the Loryma Resort for the spring term bank holiday.
The day on which we received the e-mail advertising the promotion for Turkey was also the day on which my husband was travelling back from a business trip to the States and his taxi driver from the airport was Turkish and could not recommend his country highly enough.
What attracted me to the resort was the Ayurvedic treatment centre; this was because I was coming to the end of a year-long Holistic Therapies course during which, initially having been a model, in more recent months I had been working hard on case studies, assessments and coursework and was desperately in need of some pampering myself rather than being the therapist.
I was not to be disappointed. I experienced both facial and body massages, both vastly different to the treatments I had been learning in the UK but equally as enjoyable. And for once, because I was unaware of the massage moves involved, I actually relaxed - something I don't normally do when I am anticipating the next move!!
Although arriving at about 11 at night and feeling very tired, the stunning view which awaited us the following morning could not have been better! The hotel restaurant, pool and bar face the bay of Turunc, surrounded by mountains. One could quite easily sit and admire the view all day long. There was a complete feeling of tranquillity throughout the resort, the staff were very friendly and the eco-friendly food served in the restaurant, especially the mezes, were superb.
We drove to Marmaris a couple of times but, although only 25 minutes' drive away and a bustling town with numerous restaurants, clubs and shops, we much preferred the laid-back lifestyle around Turunc where there was still plenty of scope for eating out, shopping and hopping on a boat for a tour of the area.
I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. In fact, a plea to Club La Costa - please keep Loryma Resort in your portfolio of resorts as it is definitely a gem which we will return to time and again for some 'R and R'.
I have just set up my holistics business running alongside my natural health, beauty and nutrition product business and can't wait for the next visit to Turunc.

We have just returned from a week's RCI bonus week at the Paradise Club in Tenerife.
We had a wonderful day - we met the highly professional sales staff who showed us around Sunningdale Village, were looked after very well and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.We were so impressed we decided to convert our ownership to Club La Costa and have purchased more points to enable us to holiday at more Club La Costa resorts.
We are already looking forward to staying at Sunningdale Village next years.

My husband and I have been members of Club La Costa for approximately 17 years. I have been particularly impressed with the prompt service and friendliness by the reception and maintenance whenever there has been any small problems they were sorted within 24 hrs. May I first of all thank all concerned for looking after Pat and I and our party of friends and family so well over the Christmas and New Year Holiday 2004. All 10 of us where impressed with the service received in all areas.
We had heard concerns about the quality available at " Club La Costa at Paradise " but we were pleasantly suprised at the amount of work carried out to improve the resort and when we moved to our apartment at "Club La Costa at Monterey" we where suitably impressed with the ongoing alterations so much so that we have now booked our holidays for September and Christmas 2005 and 2006 in advance.
As always the staff take on any task you present them with and stop at nothing to make your stay comfortable, and that's all staff from reception through to cleaners (it's nice when cleaning staff welcome you back on site and even remember your names). Kiko at the Hut was exceptional and always manages to find that extra little something to make you feel special, and Karen Price has always spent some time with us just to make sure everything was as perfect as you intend it to be.
Once again as always over the last 8 or 9 years we were " Home from Home" and found it easy to entertain all of our guests.

I just thought that whilst I had some time on my hands, toddler permitting, that I would write a few notes to you about our holidays so far this year . We have been very lucky this year to have had three Club la Costa weeks away, Duchally in April, Portugal in June and more recently France in October. Every single one of our breaks were very enjoyable and each have their own special memories . Both my husband and I agree, that the standard of our accommodation has been excellent and without exception the staff at all the resorts have assisted us in getting the best out of our holiday.
We were wondering if there are any more resorts added to your extensive brochure, or even if you have ideas in the pipeline. I was quite taken by the idea of the canal boat holidays.
Finally, although we have not been able to use our "Gold certificates", at this moment we feel that we have bought into something which provides good value for money , and we look forward to future adventures with Club La Costa , and would happily recommend people.
