We have recently returned from Sunningdale. I can't believe we have never visited this resort before as we have been members since 2004.
Prior to our stay we had been staying at another timeshare resort and there was no comparison whatsoever.
The Reception staff were friendly and efficient and a pleasant man took our cases to our apartment, which was of a very high standard with a Jacuzzi on the patio. The bottle of fizz was a lovely touch and we drank this one afternoon while sitting relaxing in the Jacuzzi.
We also found Zachary's good value for lunch and drinks. The pool area, flowers, shrubs and garden areas were immaculate. We felt very relaxed throughout our stay and did not want to leave. We loved the walk along the cliffs to Los Abrigos and the fresh fish restaurants.
On our return to the UK I immediately booked to go back for my birthday in May 2014. We would have gone back sooner, but 2013 is fully booked up.
We would like to say a special thank you to Virginia on Reception for helping with a problem we had before arriving at the resort. Without her patience and help we would not have been able to sort this out so quickly.

Having taken advantage of the directors' offer to exchange time and experience the new complex in Turkey, I felt compelled to let CLC World know how much I enjoyed a recent visit to your new Kusadasi Golf & Spa Resort.
I spent a week with friends in one of the apartments and we were delighted with the whole package. The apartment was really nice and overlooked the sea, and the housekeeping was superb. Everyone involved in the service was exceptionally helpful and polite.
We played golf and our experience there was the same - nothing was too much trouble. We would happily recommend this venue to others.

I would like to express my gratitude to the consultant from your cruise department.
Having never cruised before she explained everything perfectly and I went ahead with the booking for 2nd March 2013. She has arranged everything; not only the cruise but also the flights, transfers and the hotel. She even helped me choose my cabin and explained exactly what needed to be done with regards to visas etc.
Her dedication was second to none and she was friendly and polite.

Just a note to say ‘thank you’ for helping to make our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations such a special time for us.
The card and bottle of cava yesterday was a lovely surprise – a thoughtful gift and much appreciated.
We’ve had a wonderful week in this special place; Hustyns is a comfortable haven nestled in the glorious Cornwall countryside. It’s been a treat!

Trenython Manor – Tourist Guide Service
During our visit to this wonderful resort in March this year, we had the fortune to meet a man called David Hogg at the welcome meeting. David made himself known to all the families/couples etc. at the initial get together and it became clear that he has a vast knowledge of the area’s beaches, pubs and restaurants etc and is more than willing to share this information with guests.
His main objective is to promote his guided tours to The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, for which he provides transport from the resort to the attraction in his own minibus. Spaces are limited so booking early is advisable, although it is possible to follow him in your own car (as we did) with the advantage that you may stay at the attraction after David has finished his very comprehensive guided tour.
We went to the Eden Project with David and his information on the guided tour was immense and superbly explained - and he only takes small groups so everyone can hear his commentary perfectly.
David is such a friendly and approachable person and this was one of the highlights of our week at Trenython. His website is www.castletoursfowey.co.uk

Travel Queries - Cruise Booking
We would just like to record our thanks to Samantha Gardener for the efficient and courteous way she dealt with our reservation booking yesterday (24 April) for a P&O cruise next year. We found that her chatty and helpful manner made us feel good about our choice of holiday.
