At Club La Costa we like to have fun, and when coupled with raising money for a worthwhile cause, so much the better. Which is why Comic Relief Red Nose Day is one of our favourite charities helping, as it does, change lives both in the UK and Africa.
Over the years, with events staged across many company departments, we have raised thousands of pounds supporting ‘Red Nose Day’ and 2007 was no exception.
A 'Nose' for a Worthwhile Cause
Red Nose Day, The Big One, was our best ever. We nosed ahead of previous years’ efforts raising a total in excess of £3,100. The lion’s share was achieved in Spain by the Telemarketing department, with the company contributing each time a member booked a Short Break during February/March, but Head Office, London, also joined in the fun with its dress down day and raffle.
Although Red Nose Day will not happen again until 2009, you can find out more information and give your support by going to www.comicrelief.com.
