Apollonium Spa & Beach Resort
Hello,
We had a very lovely holiday; all our fears suddenly disappeared. We were given a warm welcome, first at the airport and afterwards at the resort where we arrived a little late at 9.45pm.
A table at the restaurant was booked for us by the Reception who kept our luggage meanwhile. After dinner, we were taken with our baggage to our apartment. We enjoyed the different restaurants on site where the waiters were very thoughtful and smiley - maybe because they enjoyed showing us they had learned some of our language.
We also appreciated the spa and the shows and we livened things up by dancing almost every night and by taking English guests onto the dance floor (It is the only resort we have visited, except Bahia Blanca in Gran Canaria, where the music and ambiance were good – not retro fashion but well of the moment and swinging, which makes all your muscles perform). Bravo to the DJ.
The quality of the tomatoes and fruit in the onsite shop was far superior to what we bought in the local town. There was however no Raki – what a shame!
The Club La Costa representative was very open minded and cultured; thanks to him we learnt a lot about his country, thank you to Mutlu Aslan - or “Happy”.
The young lady who took us to the other Club La Costa resort in Turkey, the Kusadasi Golf & Spa Resort, was very kind and cheerful – we spent a very friendly day full of bursts of laughter.
The mini-bus to go to the town was very practical and the trips were pleasant. We went on cultural excursions where guides were able to provide all explanations needed (only in English but we nearly understood all).
The prices are moderate despite the monopoly situation, and we will certainly return, but in the same apartment please!
We think that the Kusadasi Golf & Spa Resort will be too big for our needs; Apollonium is more suitable for us.
It is a shame that I am not able to write my comments in English to invalidate the negative comments made by some other guests.
Again, thank you to the whole team.

Travel Booking
I would like to say how grateful I am to Samantha Gardener who today dealt with the booking of my travel arrangements for our holiday to Turkey next August.
She identified that our reserved accommodation did not match with available flights from Manchester Airport, suggested an alternative nearby airport (Liverpool) that we could fly from and checked with Reservations that that we could alter our accommodation reservation to the appropriate date. She then suggested options for overnight stays and holiday parking at Liverpool Airport.
In all of this she demonstrated considerable knowledge of the flight and holiday options, awareness of my family's requirements and overall courtesy and attention to detail.
She has greatly assisted the smooth booking of our holiday arrangements.
Regards,

World of Hotels
Hello,
Once again, I would like to take time to say thanks for a brilliant holiday.
This was a three legged holiday to the United States, with the first leg to New York staying at the New Yorker hotel, organised for us by World of Hotels. We had a fantastic time visiting all the major sites, especially Ground Zero so close to the 10th anniversary.
The next leg took us to San Francisco, staying at the Hotel Donatello. San Francisco is, in my opinion, one of the nicest cities I have been to, with the world famous cable cars, Fishermans Wharf - a place to spend many an happy hour – and the famous, ‘not to be missed’ Alcratraz island.
Leg three took us to the capital, Washington, again staying with World of Hotels at the Capitol Hill Suites, close to all the major sites. The picture shows us in front of the Capitol building on a very wet morning; however, the sun did shine as we visited the White House and many, many more special sites.
Thanks again to all at Club La Costa for the arrangements. I can safely say without this membership we would not have been able to visit the many places we have been to over the years.
Mr & Mrs Cheetham.

CLC Travel team
I would like to commend Maxine Richards for the professional, efficient way in which she dealt with our flight bookings to Malaga. She went the extra mile in making sure that we received the most out of our flight voucher, which I really appreciated.
Thank you Maxine, booking flights has never been easier. I will definitely be making use of the Club La Costa Travel division again in the future.
Kind regards,
Denice Smyth

Alpine Centre
Hi,
Just thought we needed to e-mail to thank all the staff for helping to make our 2 weeks holiday, one of the best holidays we have ever had – and we have had many!
The fabulous weather helped! In particular, thanks to Adam who suggested that we visit the Salt Mines in Hallein on our way to the airport – please pass on our thanks to him – we had a really great day, thoroughly enjoying the experience – a perfect end to a perfect holiday.
We hope to come back again soon!
Thanks to all

Hustyns
Dear Mr. Alexander,
Golden Wedding Anniversary visit to Hustyns
My wife and I felt we must write to express our most grateful thanks to you and your team for making this occasion so very special for us.
The scene was set on the 14th April 2010 with an e-mail from your Member Services Manager, Club Operations, Mr Alex Garcia, thanking us for booking “Hustyns” for the event, and was so very ably implemented upon our arrival at the resort.
From our initial meeting and discussion with you, the subsequent menu discussion with 'Chef John' and yourself, through to the printing of commemorative menus and the attention of your Restaurant Manager, Neil Rousseau and his senior aide Cecilia, nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the team!
The dinner itself on Saturday 10th September for our family party of 13 was ideally arranged in your Brasserie, with excellent table decoration, complimentary “fizz” and was superbly prepared, cooked and served.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the '5 star' amenities of our 3 lodges together with the other facilities at the resort. The comfort and quality of the lodges was generally excellent (marred only by 2 very uncomfortable settees/sofa beds in lodge 4) and the Housekeeping Service was first class.
All-in-all a memorable visit for which we cannot thank you all enough!
Yours sincerely, John G. Wilkins
