It amazes us that you are able to complete such large developments so quickly and yet the attention to all the small details which go to making a holiday enjoyable are so meticulous.

Hi.

I hope the attached pictures come through as it shows the Bamforth family at the end of another excellent Club La Costa holiday. This is our fourth holiday with Club La Costa but our first in England for 20 years (when we booked we knew the new baby would only be a few days old so we did not want to risk a long journey or too much heat). We have come to expect a high standard at all the resorts we have visited and Devoncourt was no exception. We were able to take advantage of the change in Essex County Council`s school holiday timetable so we reserved two apartments for the whole family, which were full of all the features we needed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We prefer self-catering because we can fit in better with the children`s requirements. However we did have a good time on the quiz night, in the snooker room and using the other facilities. So what if the weather played up a bit, Exmouth and the surrounding area has a great deal to offer the whole family (Escot Park was our favourite). And we could hardly keep the children out of Devoncourt`s indoor swimming pool.

We were so pleased with our latest holiday that we booked our next one (in yet another resort we have not previously visited) straight away. We are so pleased we bought into the Club La Costa experience.

I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of my family (Woolf), you all made the week with you very enjoyable. The exceptional service from all departments was much appreciated, the care over my Partners dietary needs was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.

Please pass my thanks on to all those concerned and say sorry to Lisa that we did not say good bye or should I say `Auf Wiedersehen`.

We just want to say a big big THANK YOU to all the staff at the Alpine Centre for looking after us during our stay in Austria over Christmas and New Year. We were very impressed with the warm welcome and hospitality throughout our two week stay. The staff really did make our holiday so special and enjoyable. All the staff were so organised, helpful, friendly and attentive and we would like to say a special thank you to both the receptionists, Chris, Claudia, Sabrina and the restaurant manager.

We hope to visit the Alpine Centre again some time in the future. We wish you all the best for the Alpine Centre. Thank you and best wishes.

Thanks to everyone at San Diego Suites and the Sunset Restaurant for making my husband`s 50th birthday extra special. We had two glorious weeks in a fantastic apartment and just lazed in the lap of luxury while gazing out over the blue sea. We have been members now for three years and recommend it to all our friends; joining Club La Costa is one of the best decisions we have ever made and we can`t wait to go back again in six months` time.

I want to say a big thank you for looking after Louise and Lee on their honeymoon. On their return from the Alpine Centre they said they had a great time and that you were so helpful and kind to them. They said they had time to relax after all the activity of the wedding, which I must say was wonderful. They said the room you provided for them was amazing and I can only say how much they loved their stay.
