We have just returned from our first visit to The Canary Islands where we stayed at Sunningdale Village in Tenerife. We were very pleased with the island as a whole and the resort in particular. The accommodation was excellent, the resort was beautiful and the staff so friendly and helpful.
We are looking forward to returning to Sunningdale in the near future and bringing our friends.

Have just come home from wonderful week at Sunningdale Village, Tenerife. Weather was of course excellent and Club La Costa are gradually putting their special touch to yet another resort. Since I went to take a look at this resort nearly two years ago, many things have been improved and the work is ongoing.
I am used to this happening when CLC take over as I`ve been a member for 14 years but it was nice to hear an `original` Sunningdale Village member saying how she was amazed at the improvements that had been done to their resort.
Keep up the good work and we will continue to enjoy being members of CLC.

I have just finished booking two holidays, via e-mail, and wanted to let everyone know, just how easy it was. I usually find booking over the phone to be a little stressful, not because of the Club La Costa staff, who are always so helpful, but "we", seem to make it complicated:- with the dates we are available where "we do" and "do not" want to go, depending which month it is and then there is the question of one or two weeks!I prepared all the dates that we had, gave two perferences and very quickly received a reply. It was all sorted out very professionally and seemed hassle-free, which is especially important for me as a new Mum.I would certainly recommend booking by e-mail and a big "Thank You" to Nicola.
I am certainly looking forward to our two holidays in Marina del Sol (Spain) and Malibu Village (France).

Dear All at the Alpine Centre,
We know that we had to leave at a very early hour in the morning on Saturday the 23rd July and so we never had a chance to say goodbye and thank you for making our stay with you so pleasant. You were always happy to help and never seemed to be fussed by our questions or needs including my eating needs. Thank you!
We are returning for a week over the New Year and look forward to seeing you. I shall still be eating the salads and vegetables, though in the winter probably will need more hot stuff! Anyway, we hope that everything is running smoothly and wish you all the best for the future weeks.

In 2005 we went to South Africa and had a fantastic time.
We spent a week at Sabonani, near Kruger National Park, and the location was wonderful and the accommodation very good. We also spent a week with friends at the Club La Costa world resort at St Michaels Sands where the staff were very helpful. For our third week we went to Langabann Club Mikonos, near Capetown. It was absolutely great and we met lots of South Africans. I would highly recommend South Africa and the resorts there, well worth visiting.
We are going back to Sunningdale Village on Friday and looking forward to a pre Christmas break, then on to Bali to the Royal Bali beach club resort in February.
We find Club La Costa excellent and are quite happy with the resorts. What about more resorts in the Gran Canaries or Cyprus and perhaps more in Australia?

Liz McGuinness here from Carlisle.
My daughter was 21 on 6th January this year. Being Scots, we never spend New year away from home but we did this year as we decided to take Collette to Club La Costa in Spain for her birthday and New Year, along with our other daughter and son-in-law (six of us in total).
We had a fabulous time! The Club La Costa representatives made it so special for us all from start to finish and Lisa, who booked the accommodation, was excellent.
What a great memory the girls will have. Collette said she would tell her kids all about it. (I hope this is a few years away as she has now seeing a lovely boy, and I am too young to be a grandmother!!)
Anyone thinking of celebrating a birthday or special occasion, don`t hesitate. It was GREAT.
