This email is from a satisfied client to thank the Travel Club for excellent service from all the Staff with whom I have dealt, the latest being Mrs Pamela Cochrane. They are all invariably cheerful, courteous, and efficient.
Many thanks from

We have just returned from our prelude holiday in Spain, and I must congratulate you on the following:
The rooms = excellent
The restaurants = very good value
The rep that helped us with our new deal, Martin, was very clear, concise and very in depth, leaving us in no doubt at all about the benefits of joining Club La Costa.
Thank you very much for our restful and peaceful holiday - just what we both needed
- and here's to many more of the same.

Club La Costa, "tcq", Manager/Manageress
My wife and I would like to thank you and your travel group staff, especially two young ladies who dealt with our wish to visit Barcelona as a celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary. The two young ladies
- Pamela and Melanie
- were so patient and understanding, they listened fully to our request before putting us at ease with their best advice and suggestions.
Rita and I are long time members of CLC, going back over 20 years, when Las Farolas was first established. We have never regretted being part of CLC and we have found the staff throughout all these years, as they say "second to none".
Pamela and Melanie are a fine example of how CLC staff deals with all kinds of customers.
You as Manager/Manageress can only be proud of these two young ladies, maybe I am wrong in suggesting, but could you please thank them very, very much from the Sinclairs.
Club La Costa, "tcq", thank you.

Hi
We have just returned from a week at the Alpine Centre (Easter 2007) in Austria and as I have a few moments, I just thought I'd like to say THANK YOU.
As a family of six with our children ranging in ages from 3-13, I have to admit that I found the idea of a skiing holiday a bit daunting, especially as my youngest child, Christopher, was taken ill just two days before our departure. It was clear that Christopher and I were unlikely to be doing much skiing and that we were likely to be spending quite a lot of time at the resort.
I need not have worried. We had arranged transfers to and from the resort and were met at the airport for the journey to it. From that point on we were made to feel extremely welcome with every member of the resort staff being prepared to give just that little bit extra to make us feel at home.
We had booked half-board accommodation, and the meals were excellent and catered for every member of our family. We did not hire a car but relied on the shuttle service provided by the resort to get to and from the slopes, which proved cost effective and very efficient. We hired ski equipment and booked ski school at the resort ski shop, which was very easy and convenient. The snow was good and each of the skiers in our party, ranging from our five-year-old to my husband who is an experienced skier, had a great time.
As soon as he was well enough, Christopher and I took full advantage of all the other excellent amenities at the resort. The pool was a big hit with all my children, as was the children's playroom with the younger two. With the advice and encouragement of the staff at the resort we ventured out using public transport to see the wider area, visiting the lake at Zell am See and the pretty shopping area.
We genuinely had a wonderful holiday and would very much like to thank the Alpine Centre and its hard-working staff for making our holiday very special.
Yours sincerely

Dear Member Services
Can I just pass on my thanks for a wonderful week on the Yacht Club trial week 12-19 May 2007? Please pass on to your Yacht Club colleagues.
My best friend Berni and I were celebrating 30 years of friendship since joining the RAF together. She has also had a dreadful two years recently following her husband becoming seriously ill, and was seriously stressed out.
From the moment we stepped on board, and Leor and Ellen made us welcome, Berni just had the biggest grin I've ever seen her have. It lasted the whole week until we sadly and reluctantly disembarked.
We both totally relaxed and chilled over the course of the next week.
I must confess that I had read the publicity blurb on the Yacht Club website with a little scepticism before we arrived, thinking no holiday can be that good!! BOY, WAS I WRONG!
All week Skipper Leor took us to marvellously secluded coves. We swam, snorkelled, kayaked, and tried to water-ski with various levels of success!!
Ellen fed and watered us all with cheerful good humour and Berni said it was the best vegetarian food she has ever been served, for variety and taste!
To paraphrase a TV advert in the UK, CLUB LA COSTA YACHT CLUB- "IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN!"
