Purpose: Our purpose in collecting and using Data is to balance our legitimate business interests with Your reasonable expectations of privacy. Our Products and services : Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels has been in business for 25 years and during that time has developed a number of divisions and our aim is to give you the opportunity to see for yourself what we can offer. From time to time we will want to share our experiences and promotions with you and may wish to invite you to stay with us or to visit one of our presentations and exhibitions.

Club la Costa Resorts & Hotels and its associated companies offer a wide range of services and products so that our customers can enjoy great holiday experiences in many different destinations and in many different ways. Whether it is buying a residence abroad, sailing holidays, using our Travel Club, holiday ownership, points, renting holiday accommodation or simply enjoying our great hospitality and management services, Club la Costa’s portfolio is extensive and has been put together with 25 years of experience in understanding how our clients want to holiday.


Transactions: When You contact Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels, Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels may require certain information such as name, address and telephone number to respond to the inquiry. A credit card number may be necessary to complete certain transactions. Data collected as part of the transaction process is used as this Policy describes.

Opt-Out: On occasion, we are made aware of companies and organizations that produce a product or service that we believe may be of interest to You. We see this as a useful means of helping You to find products or services that may be of value to you. We offer You the opportunity to "opt-out" of having Data shared with parties outside of Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels affiliated companies.
